AMAZE A820 HDMI to DisplayPort Cable 4K@60Hz 2M

The AMAZE A820 HDMI to DP Cable is designed for users who have an HDMI output on their source device but need to connect it to a display with a DisplayPort input.

This is particularly useful with modern laptops, desktop PCs, gaming consoles, media players, and other HDMI-equipped devices when the available monitor uses DisplayPort. The A820 handles the required active signal conversion, providing a convenient alternative to using a separate HDMI cable and converter.

4K Ultra HD at 60Hz

The A820 supports up to 3840 × 2160 resolution at 60Hz, allowing compatible systems to deliver detailed 4K visuals with smooth motion. It is suitable for gaming, video editing, streaming, professional applications, presentations, and high-resolution desktop work.

It is also backward compatible with 1080p and lower resolutions, making it useful with a wide range of compatible displays.

Active HDMI to DisplayPort Conversion

HDMI and DisplayPort use different signaling technologies, so HDMI-to-DP conversion requires active electronics. The A820 incorporates a built-in active chipset to perform this conversion.

USB Power Support

The A820 includes a USB-A power plug that supplies additional power to the active conversion circuitry. This helps maintain stable operation, particularly with demanding display configurations.

2-Meter Cable

The 2-meter cable length provides useful flexibility for desktop workstations, gaming setups, conference rooms, and entertainment systems without requiring a separate extension cable.

Gold-Plated Connectors

The cable uses gold-plated connectors, designed to provide reliable contact and improved resistance to corrosion. The durable PVC jacket and strain-relief construction further help protect the cable during everyday use.

Plug & Play

The A820 is designed for Plug & Play operation without requiring dedicated drivers or software. Simply connect the HDMI source, DisplayPort display, and USB power connection where required.

Important: One-Way Conversion

The A820 is unidirectional. It converts:

HDMI Source → DisplayPort Display

It does not convert DisplayPort → HDMI. If your computer has DisplayPort output and your monitor has HDMI input, you need a DP-to-HDMI cable or adapter instead.
